Senior Partner Solutions Architect – Professional Services

About the role

As a Partner Solutions Architect you will join Chainguard’s Professional Services team within Customer Success, working closely with system integrators, resellers and technology partners. You will enable partners to implement Chainguard Containers and Libraries, helping customers build secure software at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical enablement programs for partners, providing training, integration guides and best‑practice documentation.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Managers, AEs, SEs and CSMs to shape joint go‑to‑market strategies and drive adoption.
• Support post‑sales engagements, including co‑delivery of implementations, architecture reviews and escalation handling.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between partners and Chainguard’s Product and Engineering teams, feeding partner feedback into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• 4+ years in a post‑sales, partner‑facing technical role (partner engineering, alliances, channel solutions architecture).
• 8+ years developing high‑performance multi‑tier applications.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work remotely from India.
