Senior Operations Associate - French (Sales)

About the role

AmberStudent is seeking a French‑speaking Senior Operations Associate to join its student housing team. You will guide international students through the entire accommodation journey, from initial inquiry to final booking, while delivering a high‑quality customer experience in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage student housing enquiries from first contact through to booking.
• Communicate via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels in French and English.
• Assess student requirements such as budget, location, lease duration and move‑in dates.
• Recommend suitable properties from the available inventory.
• Handle objections related to pricing, deposits, lease terms and availability.
• Conduct structured follow‑ups to maximise lead‑to‑booking conversion.
• Guide students through documentation, booking and property‑related processes.
• Coordinate with property partners, supply teams and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead and booking information.
• Identify market trends and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, travel, education, real estate or a similar customer‑facing role.
• French C1+ proficiency and strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and follow‑up processes.
• Strong ownership, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Availability to work across all shift timings, including remote hours.
