Senior .NET Developer – Backend & Azure

About the role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our Center of Excellence in Mohali. The role focuses on building high‑performance backend solutions on the Microsoft stack and driving cloud‑native implementations on Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust backend applications using C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+).
• Build and deploy serverless solutions with Azure Function Apps and create RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Design, develop and optimise MS SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions and queries, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Implement Azure services such as App Services, Storage (Blob, Queue, Table), Service Bus and event‑driven architectures.
• Integrate third‑party systems via secure APIs, handling authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).
• Collaborate with DevOps to set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git, supporting deployments across Dev, UAT and Production.
• Maintain code quality through standards, code reviews, unit and integration testing, and documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET development.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and serverless architectures.
• Strong background in MS SQL Server database design and performance tuning.
• Valid Azure/.NET professional certification is a plus.
