Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist

About the role

MakeMyTrip is looking for a senior‑level Marketing Analytics professional to join its Mobile Marketing team in Gurugram. The role will turn large data sets into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, engagement and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour and preferences to generate deep insights for targeted mobile campaigns.
• Align data‑driven findings with MakeMyTrip’s business goals and market dynamics.
• Collect, clean and analyse large datasets using Excel, SQL and Python.
• Build automated dashboards and clear reports to communicate insights to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to onboard new analytics platforms and adopt best‑in‑industry technologies.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy and influence decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Tech or equivalent).
• 2‑4 years of experience in analytics, data science or consumer insights.
• Proven ability to deliver business impact through data‑driven recommendations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
