Senior Manager – Risk Managed Services Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Risk Managed Services within its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will help clients design, transform, and operate internal audit functions, leveraging AI and advanced risk technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end internal audit services, including function set‑up, transformation, co‑sourcing, outsourcing and managed services.
• Apply risk technology, AI, and innovative delivery models to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Integrate internal audit capabilities with cyber, forensics and compliance expertise to address the full risk spectrum.
• Conduct Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) and internal control reviews, develop SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in internal audit or process audit methodology.
• Strong knowledge of internal control concepts, risk assessment, anti‑fraud controls and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency with the COSO framework and SOX compliance requirements.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives.
