Senior Manager – PMO, Data & Analytics Advisory

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for its Data and Analytics Advisory practice in Pune. The role will drive project governance, portfolio management and execution excellence across key initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies and standards.
• Oversee project portfolio planning, prioritization, resource allocation and delivery tracking.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Manage risk, issue, dependency and change management across projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and project reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading PMO functions for strategic programs.
• Strong understanding of data and analytics engineering concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities.
