Senior Manager People and Culture

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager People and Culture to lead our HR operations. The role will optimise end‑to‑end HR processes, support technology implementations and contribute to compensation programmes while ensuring compliance and a great employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle, documentation and off‑boarding across the organisation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Develop, update and enforce HR standard operating procedures and compliance with policies and labour laws.
• Lead or support implementation, upgrades and integration of HR systems such as HRIS, payroll, performance management platforms and employee portals.
• Partner with IT and vendors during technology projects and train users on new tools.
• Assist in designing and administering compensation and benefits programmes, including salary reviews, bonuses and incentive plans.
• Generate HR dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, compensation and other key metrics.
• Identify and drive process‑automation opportunities and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT and external vendors to resolve operational queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with a strong background in HR technology implementation.
• Proven experience managing HRIS and payroll systems and supporting compensation and benefits administration.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
