Senior Manager – Managed Services (Advisory) – Bangalore

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Finance Managed Services engagements within its Advisory practice in Bangalore. You will drive end‑to‑end solution design, client interaction and delivery excellence for finance BPO/BPS projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Finance Managed Services deals, including scoping, pricing, operating model design and commercial structuring.
• Develop client‑ready proposals, respond to RFPs and create solution presentations in partnership with sales, commercial and delivery teams.
• Design Target Operating Models (TOMs) across core finance functions such as Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of managed‑service solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance BPO/BPS or managed‑services environments, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
