Senior Manager – IA Managed Services Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Internal Audit (IA) Managed Services Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on designing, transforming and delivering end‑to‑end IA solutions, including function set‑up, co‑sourcing, outsourcing and the use of AI‑driven risk technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute IA managed‑services strategies for clients across industries.
• Lead IA function set‑up, transformation projects and co‑sourcing/outsourcing engagements.
• Integrate AI and emerging risk‑technology tools into audit delivery models.
• Collaborate with cyber, forensics and compliance specialists to address the full risk spectrum.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to thought‑leadership within the advisory line.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in internal audit, risk management or advisory services.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale transformation or managed‑services programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, technology‑enabled environment.
