Senior Manager, Gen AI Martech

About the role

AB InBev’s GCC centre is looking for a senior leader to program‑manage the delivery, scaling and adoption of enterprise AI intelligence products. The role will translate business requirements into trusted insights and actionable recommendations, bridging product, data, analytics and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program management for conversational AI products, from intake and prioritisation through launch and performance tracking.
• Lead a high‑performance team to build, buy or integrate AI agents and deliver world‑class intelligence solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, define success metrics and translate needs into product‑ready user stories.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers, UX and security teams to implement accurate, usable and scalable features.
• Define and monitor product health metrics such as usage, answer quality, adoption and business value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Business or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in product, analytics, technology or consulting, with proven cross‑functional program delivery.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, conversational products and data platforms; CPG or enterprise‑scale tech background a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
