Senior Manager – Finance Transformation (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives within its Advisory practice. You will help clients redesign finance operating models, improve processes, and embed digital technologies to align finance functions with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current finance operating models (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax Treasury) and identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to map processes, assess risks, and define improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement finance transformation solutions, including change management and talent development.
• Advise on the adoption of digital tools such as core ERP systems, financial consolidation platforms, data analytics, GenAI, AI, and automation solutions.
• Create detailed process documentation (process maps, RACI matrices, SLAs).

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in finance consulting or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes and associated risks.
• Proven ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with finance‑focused digital technologies and change‑management methodologies.
