Senior Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Executive to join our team and oversee legal contracting, compliance, and corporate legal operations. The role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in contract management within technology‑focused environments.

Key responsibilities

• Review, redline and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, including Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with customers and vendors.
• Present contract summaries and key information to internal stakeholders.
• Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external counsel on quasi‑litigation matters.
• Assist in maintaining the organization’s intellectual property portfolio.
• Maintain MIS related to litigation matters, legal notices and claims.
• Manage contract documentation and legal correspondence.

Required profile

• LLB degree.
• 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience in IT/ITES, manufacturing, telecom or a law firm specializing in technology law.
• Prior experience in legal contracting is preferred.
