Senior Legal Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Legal Executive to join our legal team and manage legal matters related to commercial and retail development projects across multiple locations. You will ensure that all agreements and documentation are risk‑free and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess legal documents such as MOUs, joint development agreements, lease deeds, sale deeds, space‑sharing agreements, and rental agreements.
• Collaborate with external counsel to issue public notices, respond to objections, prepare case briefs, and present evidence in court.
• Audit customer‑related documentation, including ID proofs, applications, and loan‑related signatures.
• Drive the implementation of SOPs for the Legal Department and maintain consistent legal practices across the organization.
• Provide timely legal support to internal departments and coordinate with stakeholders to finalize error‑free agreements.
• Support the commercial and retail leasing teams in drafting and finalising contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of legal experience in the real‑estate or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of documentation, service and asset contracts, warranties, and regulations governing commercial and retail properties.
• Strategic orientation with experience in business collaborations and dispute management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
