Senior Lead Technology Analyst, SAP Integration

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Analyst to drive SAP integration across a global, multi‑cloud landscape. Based in Bangalore, you will act as the technical authority for designing, harmonising and integrating complex SAP and non‑SAP systems, supporting the company’s digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the integration roadmap, leading the global BTP transformation.
• Architect and govern the SAP Integration Center of Excellence (CoE) and Integration Factory model.
• Design end‑to‑end integration solutions spanning on‑premise, multi‑cloud and hybrid environments.
• Mentor technical leads and collaborate with senior business stakeholders to enable seamless S/4HANA transformations.
• Standardise integration patterns, optimise offshore/nearshore delivery pods and ensure enterprise‑level standards.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, development and governance.
• 5+ years as an Integration Architect on large‑scale, global implementations.
• Proven success in establishing and running an Integration Factory or CoE.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
