Senior Lead Technology Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a professional passionate about IT applications within Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The role will drive digital transformation by shaping product vision, overseeing release management and implementing advanced business services on a global scale, based in our Bangalore technology centre.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, simulation and scientific‑computing activities across High‑Performance Computing (HPC) ecosystems.
• Define and execute product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, coordinating across corporate functions.
• Manage operational risks, capacity planning and vendor relationships for HPC infrastructure.
• Oversee release management, deployment and service continuity for PLM platforms.
• Collaborate with security architects to ensure compliance and lead incident resolution.
• Drive KPI management, recruitment and onboarding of team members, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate/post‑graduate with 10+ years of IT solution development and delivery.
• 3+ years experience in project or product delivery management and 2‑4 years in business process analysis, data analytics or subcontractor management.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platform management and scientific/HPC environments.
• Proven ability to work with international, cross‑functional teams using Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Required skills

• High‑Performance Computing (HPC) ecosystems, Infiniband, MPI.
• Cluster resource manager – IBM LSF (or similar).
• Cloud stack technologies, containerization and DevOps practices.
• Logging and event‑management tools such as Splunk and Grafana.
• Agile, SAFe, ITIL, Scrum Master and PMI certifications (preferred).
