Senior IT System & Cloud Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT System & Cloud Administrator to join our growing team in Kochi. You will work in a hybrid setting, supporting a Microsoft‑centric hybrid environment and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance with ISO 27001 and TISAX frameworks.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for software deployment, policy enforcement, reporting and device enrollment (Autopilot, Apple DEP, Google ZeroTouch).
• Administer Microsoft Cloud services such as Entra ID, Conditional Access, Risky User management, Enterprise Applications and Entra Connect.
• Use Microsoft Security Portal for threat management and compliance monitoring.
• Administer Exchange Online and configure Microsoft Teams settings and permissions.
• Configure and maintain Windows Active Directory, including users, groups and GPOs.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management and preventive maintenance.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks.
• Provide support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems and monitor automated tasks and synchronizations.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 10 years of IT administration experience.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure.
• Proven experience in a Microsoft hybrid environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Server 2012‑2025 and Active Directory.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud services (Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Defender, Quarantine).
• Experience managing Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Analytical troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
