Senior Hyper Automation (RPA, AI, ML) Developer/Engineer

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a Senior Hyper Automation Developer/Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced RPA solutions enriched with AI and ML capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex processes into automated workflows that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse intricate business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using Power Platform, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
• Integrate AI/ML algorithms to enhance bot intelligence and performance.
• Collaborate with process owners, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices for RPA and AI/ML integration.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflow diagrams, design specs, and test cases.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage RPA bots, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated solutions.
• Stay current with emerging RPA and AI/ML technologies and assess their applicability.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience delivering RPA projects.
• Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
• Proven ability to lead automation initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
