Senior Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and joining.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, employee networks, agencies and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening, assess experience, skills, compensation expectations and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain regular communication.
• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, counter‑offers and joining follow‑ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR Operations for pre‑joining documentation, background verification and onboarding.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an in‑house setup.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment and stakeholder management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple positions across different functions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of salary structures, notice periods and offer negotiations.
• High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
