Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Manager will report to the Global Director of HR and partner closely with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that support operational performance and employee engagement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, provide HR guidance, and coach managers on performance, conflict resolution and development.
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding for manufacturing, technical and corporate roles, ensuring smooth integration and clear performance expectations.
• Manage performance evaluation cycles, compensation reviews, employee relations cases and compliance with HR policies and local employment laws.
• Support organizational change initiatives, succession planning, training programs and HR analytics to drive data‑informed decisions.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 8‑10 years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or advisory roles, with recent management experience.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in an international company.
• Ability to travel internationally occasionally and knowledge of employment laws in a manufacturing setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR tools and HRIS systems (BambooHR knowledge is an asset).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to influence, advise and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
