Senior Human Resources Executive

About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive to collaborate with our Operations teams in addressing strategic HR‑related issues and initiatives. The role serves as a key point of contact for implementing and executing HR plans and programs, focusing on promoting individual and collective well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with associates through structured interactions, including phone or Google Meet, to close cases.
• Own “Intouch Connected” initiatives such as skip‑level meetings, Leadership Connects, and focus‑group discussions.
• Facilitate proactive engagement conversations between employees and their managers or supervisors.
• Act as the voice of employees, reflecting issues to management and ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives across the campus and provide input to improve processes and policies.
• Prepare and publish event calendars, coordinate activities, and help prepare weekly management reports.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or a relevant graduate degree with 2‑4 years of HRBP or equivalent experience.
• Strong empathy, responsiveness, relationship orientation, and high maturity in handling stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to support the broader HRBP function.
