Senior Human Resources Executive

About the role

Jode Technologies (brand JodeTx) is seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive to lead HR operations at its Thane office. You will partner with senior leadership to shape HR strategy that supports rapid growth in the fintech and technology space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and policy implementation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance in close collaboration with Finance.
• Maintain accurate HR data, HRIS records and regular reporting.
• Design and deliver learning & development programs, employee engagement initiatives and talent‑retention strategies.
• Support organizational culture development and act as a coach for managers and teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, interviewing and onboarding for IT, fintech or banking technology roles.
• Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Experience developing HR policies, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS data.
• Knowledge of payroll coordination, basic HR analytics and Indian labor law compliance.
• Ability to design L&D programs, drive engagement and retention in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
