Senior Human Resources Executive

About the role

Groview Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive to lead HR management and operations at its Hyderabad office. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape HR policies, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Develop, implement and enforce HR policies aligned with business goals.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management processes.
• Administer payroll, benefits and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in HR management, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Experience overseeing HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration and compliance.
• Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is advantageous.
