Senior Graphic Designer 2 – Graphics & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Graphics & Marketing team. You will lead the creation of print and digital assets from concept through production, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Newmark brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and marketing collaterals.
• Develop web layouts, PowerPoint presentations, video edits, motion graphics, and banners.
• Extend and apply Newmark brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
• Collaborate with content and strategic marketing teams to create infographics, diagrams, email blasts, invitations, and other promotional items.
• Conduct UI design and information architecture using user research, client feedback, and usability testing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Willingness to work night shifts (3 PM‑12 AM or 6 PM‑3 AM).
• Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work with stakeholders and marketing teams.
