Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI Systems

About the role

Ryan is hiring a Senior Engineer in Hyderabad to design, develop and deliver robust, scalable and secure AI-driven software systems. You will own complex components, lead critical feature implementation and help connect high-level design with detailed implementation, working with cross-functional teams and contributing to architectural discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into agentic workflows and production-ready full-stack components, including APIs, services and UIs, and document specifications for mid-sized to large components.
• Implement agent orchestration, tool use and integrations, and conduct design and code reviews focused on performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate enterprise applications via APIs and middleware, assess feasibility and support interoperability testing.
• Develop software in Microsoft Azure, configure deployment scripts, and take part in infrastructure-as-code and cloud performance tuning.
• Define evaluation strategies for agent behavior, instrument and monitor agent behavior, and run unit, integration and automated tests; work with QA and DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Help turn high-level architecture into low-level designs, maintain design artifacts and communicate trade-offs with architects and staff engineers.
• Work with product managers, UX designers and business stakeholders, contribute to project planning, and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Six to nine years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI and LLM-powered features such as agents, RAG, tool calling and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns and system integration, and the ability to debug complex systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and communicate technical ideas clearly.

Required skills

• At least one modern full-stack technology stack.NET and ReactJS are a plus.
• Agentic frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Microsoft AutoGen or CrewAI.
• SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• CI/CD pipelines.
