Senior Full-Stack Developer - SAP Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer with deep SAP expertise to lead the migration of a React‑based application to SAP CAP and UI5 on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role involves designing SAP‑native solutions, delivering end‑to‑end implementations and ensuring high‑quality code and testing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration from React to SAP CAP + UI5, analysing existing code and designing SAP‑native architecture on SAP BTP.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement performant OData services and data models.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle on SAP BTP, from development through production deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with fellow developers to establish coding standards, ensure consistency and conduct pair‑programming.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies using SAP‑specific testing frameworks.
• Contribute to business development, knowledge sharing and client relationship management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SAP development experience, with strong knowledge of SAP BTP, CAP, UI5/Fiori, CDS modeling and OData services.
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript and React, able to analyse and refactor existing code during migration.
• Self‑directed problem solver who can work autonomously in small, high‑ownership teams.
• Proven track record of enterprise‑scale application migrations and production support on SAP BTP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control and clean‑code best practices.
• Strong testing mindset with experience in SAP‑specific test automation.
• Collaborative attitude, growth mindset and passion for emerging technologies.
• Optional: SAP certifications and experience with large language model (LLM) development.
