Senior Frontend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the design and implementation of high‑performance user‑facing features. You will work closely with product and data teams to create scalable web applications that drive learner acquisition, conversion and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build frontend applications at scale, ensuring speed and reliability.
• Develop new user‑facing features and enhance existing ones using modern web technologies.
• Iterate rapidly based on data‑driven insights, measuring results and forming hypotheses for product improvements.
• Take features from concept through production independently, writing clear design documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on user experience and quality.

Required skills

• React and Redux frameworks.
• TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of SEO principles and responsive web design.
• Browser troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
• Object‑oriented design concepts.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator.
