Senior Food & Beverage Service Associate (GSA) – Udaipur

About the role

The GSA / Senior GSA – Food & Beverage Service is a full‑time, on‑site position at HRH Group of Hotels in Udaipur. You will deliver high‑quality dining experiences that reflect the heritage standards of the brand, interacting directly with guests and supporting the kitchen and banquet teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with attention to detail.
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and hygiene in all service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and up‑sell menu items.
• Support banquet and event service as required.
• Assist with inventory checks and replenishment of F&B supplies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant F&B service, preferably in a premium or heritage environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
• Professional grooming and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Degree/Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
