Senior Financial Analyst (Consumer, Jetpac, Services)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytically strong Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Manager – Finance Business Partner, you will drive reporting excellence, ensure financial discipline and help build and optimise FP&A systems across our Consumer Telco, Travel Tech and Services businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end closing activities, review accruals and prepare monthly reports for the MNO partner.
• Own and deliver high‑quality monthly management reporting packs, dashboards and scenario‑planning tools for non‑tech business units.
• Perform detailed monthly variance analysis with actionable commentary on topline, margins and operating performance.
• Partner with the Manager to produce annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long‑range planning inputs.
• Assist in creating and tracking strategic investment cases and high‑impact growth initiatives.
• Act as a power user of FP&A systems to streamline reporting workflows and improve automation and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in telecom or services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into executive‑level insights.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and comfort working in fast‑paced, scaling environments.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Dashboard and presentation design using PowerPoint, Google Slides or Power BI.
• Experience with FP&A platforms such as Datarails, Anaplan or Workday.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, e.g., Oracle or equivalent.
