Senior Executive – Human Resources – Shared Service Centre

About the role

The Senior Executive in Human Resources will support the Shared Service Centre in Bangalore, driving HR analytics, compensation, and employee recognition initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure data‑driven decisions and compliance with group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Create MIS reports, dashboards and data cuts aligned with group requirements.
• Gather benchmark data on jobs, compensation and benefits; calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates.
• Participate in productivity exercises and formalize related processes.
• Ensure compensation practices comply with regulations and group policies.
• Conduct salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates.
• Research emerging HR trends, issues and best practices.
• Consolidate employee benefits across all India verticals.
• Assist in the rollout and implementation of HRMS Phase II.
• Create increment models in line with the Group’s Reward Philosophy.
• Boost the Doctor’s Recognition program through activities and initiatives.
• Source quotations from vendors for birthday celebrations and long‑service awards for clinicians and non‑clinicians.
• Validate clinician data from multiple sources and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR analytics, compensation planning and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with HRMS implementation and data management.
• Ability to conduct market surveys and benchmark compensation data.
• Strong understanding of employee recognition programs and vendor management.
• Experience working in a shared services or multi‑vertical environment.
