Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

JSW Sports is seeking a Senior Executive – Human Resources to act as an operational partner for business leaders in Mumbai. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure that people practices are tightly aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, career development, and offboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver HR solutions that support business goals.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR governance standards.
• Monitor employee engagement and retention, implementing initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for workforce planning and decision‑making.
• Facilitate organisational change and support business transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of HR experience with exposure to business partnering and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
