Senior Enterprise Account Manager (Remote – Mumbai)

About the role

BrowserStack is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to own, retain, and expand a portfolio of strategic customers. The role is remote‑first but requires the candidate to be based in Mumbai and work in region‑aligned time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Drive expansion, upsell, cross‑sell and renewal across multi‑product SaaS portfolios for enterprise customers.
• Engage with engineering leaders, technical stakeholders and economic buyers to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene for accurate forecasting and decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to mitigate renewal risks and ensure predictable revenue.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of B2B SaaS experience, including 3‑4 years in an account‑management/farming role.
• Proven track record of exceeding expansion, renewal and net‑revenue‑retention targets.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build executive‑level relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or technology background preferred.
