Senior Engineer – Sales & Project Management (Power Solutions)

About the role

The purpose of this position is to achieve project goals by timely execution of project activities according to Bosch’s standard project‑management process, acting as an enabler to secure new projects and enhance business with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present acquisition cases, submit quotations, negotiate and sign contracts in line with approved bottom‑lines.
• Review and manage stakeholders (A‑Panel, B‑Panel) during acquisition, escalating project‑specific topics to leadership.
• Track price variations caused by Forex, RMI, volumes, ECI, ECN, energy, etc.
• Execute system/component project activities post‑acquisition, ensure smooth hand‑over to logistics, and update project status via Open Point List.
• Implement R&D cost, special earnings, and monitor budget utilization against TBP/CF targets.
• Monitor product cost, price, volume and overall project budget.
• Support customer field issues and internal QMM audits.
• Initiate and communicate Engineering Change to customers using the ECM tool.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Production, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent; 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, PPAP and APQP processes; advanced knowledge of diesel/alternative power‑train technologies and Engine Management Systems.
