About the role
KONE is looking for a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager for Stores to oversee spare‑part requirements and support service operations across key customer sites.
Key responsibilities
- Understand equipment service types and determine their spare‑part needs.
- Update spare‑part data for new offering extensions.
- Support key customer sites in spare‑part planning by identifying critical spares.
- Assist VA Technicians in identifying required materials.
- Identify the best source of supply for urgent material requests.
- Handle material identification for planned service repairs.
