Senior Director, Technical Program Management – SAP Transformation

About the role

Coupang is looking for a seasoned Senior Director to own large‑scale enterprise transformation programs that span Finance, ERP, Compliance and Business Operations. You will drive SAP modernization, finance transformation and process standardisation across global regions, partnering with senior leaders and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic, multi‑year transformation initiatives, establishing governance, risk management and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit and Technology teams to define and execute roadmaps for SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and finance process harmonisation.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Risk, Security and Compliance groups to embed SOX, ITGC and regulatory controls into program delivery.
• Manage relationships with consulting partners, system integrators and external vendors to ensure successful execution and business adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of program management, PMO or enterprise transformation experience, including leading greenfield ECC‑to‑S/4HANA migrations.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑functional, multi‑geography teams and drive change in ambiguous environments.
