Senior Director, Supply Chain – India

About the role

The Senior Director Supply Chain India will own end‑to‑end supply‑chain functions for the India cluster, including inbound/outbound transportation, last‑mile e‑commerce delivery, customs, inventory, order fulfillment and distribution centre operations. Reporting to the Vice President SCM EM and dotted‑line to the GM India market, the role sits on both the EM SCM Senior Leadership Team and the India Cluster SLT.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SCM roadmap for the India cluster, aligning with global strategy and market objectives.
• Lead all supply‑chain operations: logistics, transportation, customs, inventory, order‑book fulfillment, and warehousing.
• Build strong relationships with brand, finance, commercial, and key‑account stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
• Drive the Moonshot 2.0 strategy and support market growth initiatives beyond core SCM scope.
• Oversee two distribution centres, three‑party logistics partners, and ensure KPI performance.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce partners on platform activations, system enhancements and SLA delivery.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of approximately 25 supply‑chain experts.
• Conduct data‑driven analyses, root‑cause assessments and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in supply‑chain management, preferably within a large, multi‑brand organization.
• Commercial mindset with a general‑management outlook and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing distribution centres, 3PL partners and large‑scale logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills to drive performance improvements and strategic initiatives.
