Senior Digital Experience Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Digital Experience Engineer at BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad, you will shape the way employees interact with their digital workplace. You will translate business and user needs into actionable solutions using Nexthink and other enterprise tools, driving adoption and measurable value across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize DEX use cases (performance, stability, adoption, compliance, automation).
• Drive adoption and value realization of Nexthink across the enterprise.
• Translate business requirements into Nexthink dashboards, campaigns, remote actions and automations.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Experience Management framework (XLAs, DEX KPIs).
• Partner with Product Owners to integrate Nexthink use cases into product backlogs.
• Design and implement dashboards, campaigns, remote actions, and automation scripts.
• Advise product teams on experience‑by‑design using Nexthink insights.
• Support rollout, scaling and operationalisation of Nexthink capabilities.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Nexthink Remote Actions.
• Integrate Nexthink with Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, chat‑bot solutions and other workplace tools.
• Perform end‑to‑end workplace analysis and drive sustainable improvements.
• Coach teams on Nexthink best practices and maturity development.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise workplace/desktop management.
• Solid understanding of modern digital workplace architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting and automation.

Required skills

• PowerShell scripting.
• Nexthink Infinity Platform (dashboards, campaigns, remote actions, NQL).
• Microsoft Intune (Windows and macOS device management, policies).
• ServiceNow integration.
• Nexthink Query Language (NQL).
