Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & CI/CD)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of our Kubernetes‑based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The role will focus on building highly available, scalable micro‑services platforms for our automotive electronics products.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop and maintain robust, high‑performance deployment systems for highly available Kubernetes environments.
• Design, develop and optimise resilient, scalable micro‑services architectures that underpin modern applications.
• Establish and continuously improve fully automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration, testing and deployment of micro‑services.
• Lead the migration of existing Ansible‑based deployment processes to native Kubernetes CI/CD solutions.
• Develop and optimise mission‑critical IT systems with stringent availability, performance and security requirements.
• Collaborate with development, operations, product management and external stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, preferably in backend or cloud‑native environments.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, including development of K8s Operators.
