Staff Software Engineer (Open to candidates with disability)

About the role

This is a Staff Software Engineer position based in Bangalore and Hyderabad, open exclusively to candidates with a locomotor disability, low vision (up to 50%), or hard of hearing (up to 50%). The role requires 5 to 10 years of experience and offers a salary range of 12‑22 LPA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts including coding, code reviews, design reviews, and internal testing sign‑off.
• Act as the technical point of contact for issue analysis, vulnerability resolution, and secure coding practices.
• Design, build, and maintain machine‑learning pipelines and data structures supporting NLP and large language models.
• Develop custom software components and analytics applications on Hadoop, Snowflake, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, business users, and product owners throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• B.Tech degree or equivalent.
• Valid UDID card confirming the specified disability.
