Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our platform team. You will work closely with solution architects and engineering groups to improve the resilience, performance, and scalability of the Arbor platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Platform and Head of SRE to identify and implement infrastructure improvements.
• Enhance component maturity, ensuring high availability, testing, and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements and deployment patterns.
• Assist in incident response, post‑mortems, and retrospectives.
• Participate in tech talks and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Maintain thorough documentation, playbooks, and runbooks.

Required profile

• 6‑12 years of DevOps experience on large‑scale platforms.
• Strong background with Amazon Web Services and distributed cloud systems.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Proactive problem‑solver and team player with good English communication skills.
