Senior Coordinator – Agent Communication, Engagement & Events

About the role

The Senior Coordinator – Agent Communication, Engagement & Events will lead the planning, execution and reporting of recruitment‑focused marketing campaigns, webinars and events for Global University Systems institutions. Working closely with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Salesforce and Design teams, you will ensure seamless delivery of partner communications and promotional materials that drive student recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and launch marketing campaigns to boost recruitment and brand awareness across assigned institutions.
• Create and manage Salesforce marketing campaigns, including lead uploads and campaign administration.
• Develop copy and content for emails, webinars, WhatsApp messages, landing pages and other recruitment assets.
• Coordinate artwork requests via Jira, handle stakeholder feedback and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Organise webinars, recruitment events, roadshows and partner engagement activities, managing logistics, registrations and post‑event reporting.
• Maintain agent communication programmes to strengthen relationships with recruitment partners.
• Prepare, analyse and distribute operational and performance reports using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and other tools.
• Manage printing, branded merchandise, supplier quotations and vendor communications for marketing collateral.
• Keep campaign planners, project trackers and documentation up‑to‑date to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating marketing campaigns and recruitment‑focused events.
• Familiarity with Salesforce campaign management and data handling.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail and timely delivery.
