Senior Consultant – Workforce Management Solutions

About the role

Legion is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the evolution of its implementation methodology and guide customers through the deployment of workforce management solutions. This individual contributor role focuses on configuring, testing, delivering, and training on the Legion platform to ensure smooth adoption and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and evolve the Legion Implementation Methodology, aligning with Agile standards for cloud delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live.
• Configure Legion products according to solution blueprints and conduct configuration reviews.
• Support customers with software testing, data loads, system initialization, and live training for administrators and store managers.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and knowledge‑transfer sessions with customers.
• Maintain documentation such as solution blueprints and enterprise configuration worksheets.
• Advocate customer needs within Legion to drive product improvements.
• Stay updated on compliance and labor law impacts and pursue continuous education on industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale implementation projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes and cloud‑based solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
