Senior Consultant – Workforce Management Solutions

About the role

Legion is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the evolution of its implementation methodology and guide customers through the deployment of its workforce management platform. This individual contributor role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solutions, from configuration and testing to training and adoption, ensuring customers achieve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement of the Legion Implementation Methodology and embed Agile standards for cloud‑based delivery.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementation projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from design to go‑live.
• Configure Legion products according to solution blueprints, conduct configuration reviews and transfer knowledge to customers.
• Support customers with software testing, data loads, system initialization and rollout activities.
• Deliver live training for administrators, store managers and “train‑the‑trainer” sessions.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions, capture requirements and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet implementation timelines and service‑level agreements.
• Advocate customer needs to influence product enhancements and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale enterprise software implementations, preferably in workforce management or retail environments.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to manage expectations and drive customer success.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with senior stakeholders and conducting training sessions.
• Familiarity with compliance and labor law considerations that affect solution design.
