Senior Consultant – Procurement & AI Platform

About the role

Valorant is seeking a Senior Consultant to bridge procurement expertise with its AI‑native platform, Astra. You will translate real‑world sourcing knowledge into product features, lead client implementations, and deliver strategic sourcing advice, helping organisations achieve measurable cost savings and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Convert procurement processes, edge cases and domain logic into clear product requirements and feature specifications for Astra.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on roadmap prioritisation, feature validation and user‑acceptance testing.
• Maintain and enrich platform content such as category playbooks, workflow configurations and decision frameworks.
• Lead Astra implementation workstreams, including platform configuration, workflow design, data migration support and go‑live readiness.
• Conduct procurement transformation engagements: current‑state assessments, operating‑model design, process re‑engineering and policy development.
• Drive change‑management activities – stakeholder alignment, communication planning, adoption tracking and resistance management.
• Perform spend analysis, market research and opportunity assessments to identify savings levers.
• Develop sourcing strategies, draft RFPs, evaluate bids and build financial models and negotiation presentations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement consulting, procurement operations or procurement technology.
• Strong understanding of Source‑to‑Contract and/or Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
• Comfort working closely with technology and product teams.
