Senior Consultant – LabWare LIMS Implementation

About the role

ITC Infotech is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead LabWare LIMS implementations for its clients in India. You will work on designing, configuring and supporting LabWare LIMS V8 solutions, ensuring they meet laboratory workflow requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and customize LabWare LIMS V8 for multiple laboratory environments.
• Develop LabWare Basic scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality.
• Write and optimise SQL queries, and troubleshoot database issues on Azure SQL Database or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Manage incident, problem and change processes to maintain high system availability.
• Coordinate application deployments, release cycles and interface integrations with external systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users and junior team members.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of hands‑on experience with LabWare LIMS implementation, development or support.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and LIMS processes.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
