Senior Consultant

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Consultant to support the design, implementation and monitoring of central and state government schemes, with a focus on digital platforms and education reforms. The role combines technical development of websites and learning management systems with strategic outreach and governance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, rollout and performance tracking of central and state specific schemes and initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of website and Learning Management System (LMS) solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of social‑media and communication strategies to promote initiatives.
• Help implement reforms aligned with the National Education Policy 2020.
• Monitor scheme performance, suggest course corrections and ensure citizen‑centric service delivery.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree (mandatory).
• 3–6 years of professional experience, preferably in the government or public sector.

Required skills

• Website development.
• Learning Management System (LMS) development.
