About the role

Join PwC's Government and Public Sector Transformation Management practice as a Senior Consultant focused on Emergency Response Support Systems. You will work with federal, state and local government clients to design, implement and optimise emergency call solutions that handle high call volumes efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement emergency call systems, ensuring seamless handling of large call volumes.
• Integrate emergency call platforms with broader emergency management and IT infrastructure.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.
• Provide technical support for system integration and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with client security and data management strategies.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience in emergency response technologies or telecom consulting.
• Proven ability to design and deliver large‑scale emergency call solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with government stakeholders.
