Senior Commercial Executive – Dispatch

About the role

The Senior Commercial Executive – Dispatch will lead the execution of the dispatch process for Jubilant Life Sciences, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external customers while adhering to company policies and WCM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily dispatch plans in line with production schedules and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Central Logistics to secure availability of tankers and trucks for each dispatch.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all dispatch activities, complying with WCM standards and company policy.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators related to dispatch efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with commercial, production, and quality teams to resolve any dispatch-related issues.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in dispatch or logistics within the pharmaceutical or life‑sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., USFDA).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage documentation and ensure compliance with company processes.
