Senior Cloud Engineering Expert – Scalable Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineering Expert to design and operate scalable, secure cloud ecosystems that support multi‑domain engineering, testing, simulation and validation. The role will drive digital transformation across the organization by standardising processes, automating workflows and integrating modern cloud tools.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) to meet diverse engineering needs.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines that integrate development, testing, verification and deployment.
• Automate end‑to‑end build, test, V&V and release processes.
• Define and standardise engineering methods, toolchains and processes across teams.
• Establish cloud‑based verification & validation frameworks, including test automation and traceability.
• Lead virtualization and containerisation strategies for reproducible, scalable environments.
• Integrate ALM, DevOps, testing and simulation tools into a unified cloud ecosystem.
• Ensure cloud security, compliance, cost optimisation and observability.
• Support model‑based development and virtual validation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across domains.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of hands‑on experience in cloud, DevOps or platform engineering.
• Proven ability to design large‑scale, multi‑tenant cloud solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and DevOps workflow implementation.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, methods and toolchain integration.
• Leadership experience driving standardisation and automation across teams.
