Senior Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead the planning, design and execution of industrial, infrastructure and EPC projects for HRS Buildcon. The position is based in Vadodara with a hybrid work model, combining on‑site supervision with remote design reviews and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil engineering works on multiple project sites, ensuring quality control and compliance with IS codes and safety standards.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations and stormwater/utility designs, and resolve technical issues that arise on‑site.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and clients, manage project schedules, resources and progress tracking.
• Mentor junior engineers, drive process improvements and uphold the company’s standards for performance and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in site supervision, technical coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration on industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong planning capabilities for fast‑track execution across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of stormwater management and utility infrastructure design.

Required skills

• Proficiency with civil design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, STAAD and ETABS.
• Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS) codes and relevant construction regulations.
