Senior Campaign Data and Operations Analyst

About the role

Blend360 is seeking a Senior Campaign Data and Operations Analyst to lead data‑driven insights for digital marketing campaigns. The role combines advanced analytics, audience management and end‑to‑end campaign execution to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL to uncover trends, anomalies and actionable insights for campaign performance.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign operations, including audience selection, list hygiene, validation and reporting.
• Build, validate and optimise marketing audiences across multiple data sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards, automated reports and reusable SQL/Python scripts.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business objectives into analytical solutions and present findings clearly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Python for data analysis and advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).
• Proven experience in email/digital marketing campaign operations, audience management and data quality assurance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex data issues and deliver insights.
